We Aimed and Misbehaved!

In 2012, the Sci-Fi Fantasy Outpost raised almost $5,800 for three charities—Equality Now, Kids Need to Read, and the Tahirih Justice Center—as part of our seventh annual charity event, Can’t Stop the Serenity – Washington, D.C.

We sold out both our main show on Sat., July 21 (285 attendees), and our condensed performance on Fri., July 20 (also 285 attendees). In addition, we collected and donated several boxes of goods to two other charities: So Others Might Eat and Homeward Trails Animal Rescue.

We extend a heartfelt thanks to all the event organizers, volunteers, and attendees for making the event such a success. We are especially grateful to our sponsors, who donated all manner of goods and services for our raffle and silent auction.
